  • Next 30 Days & Beyond: Average one postpaid sale every shift worked, reviewed weekly and monthly

Position Requirements:

Training

  • You are required to attend the new hire virtual training
  • You are required to complete and maintain ROC-it e‑learning courses as directed

Attendance

  • To serve our customers you need to be present and timely for complete shifts
  • More than TWO absences in the first 60 days is considered unsatisfactory

Dress Code

  • We have a look that tells customers we are the pros in wireless sales. It is expected that the dress code will be followed at all times.

Customer Approach

  • To meet your sales goals you are expected to be on the sales floor in the electronics departments and not behind the counter – unless processing a customer's sale – promoting wireless products to customers.

Benefits

We strongly urge you to set up direct deposit so that you avoid having to wait for your paycheck to arrive in the mail. To bypass the verification period, which can take 1-2 payroll cycles please complete the following:

Payroll

We use ADP to manage how you are paid. You'll need to register in the ADP portal at https://workforcenow.adp.com – Each new hire receives their own personal code via email once they are loaded into ADP, then Select "register here" and follow prompts.

If you do not have banking information to provide at this time and still would like to set up Direct Deposit T‑ROC offers a Pay Card Powered by ADP. Click here for more information or visit your workforcenow.adp.com site to get the card.

Submit your voided check or bank printout including name on account, routing #, account # and account type, to People Experience Help Desk and complete the required fields (as mentioned below):

  • Your name field: Enter your full name
  • Your work email address: Enter your personal email address
  • Case Issue: Enter "Payroll & Direct Deposit"
  • Subject: Enter "Direct Deposit"
  • Message:  Explain the purpose of this message (for example: Please enter my direct deposit with the attached bank account information)
  • File Attachment:  Attach a copy of your voided check or bank printout including name on account, routing #, account # and account type

Dress Code

What To Wear

Dress code for T-ROC inside Walmart is a solid black polo shirt with a collar, no logos. They are typically available at Walmart for under $10. Also, blue or black jeans and black closed‑toe shoes. *Please dress professionally to your virtual training class. Reach out to your Area Manager or Area Sales Lead if you have questions or concerns about this requirement.

Training

Time:

9:00 AM Central Time OR 10:00 AM Eastern Time,  depending on your time zone.  Expect an 8-hour training class each day with several breaks and 30 minutes for lunch each day.

Where:

This is an online training class. Please refer to your Zoom link to join the training each day. Use your computer, tablet or smartphone. You will need strong and consistent internet access in a quiet place. If you have not received your Zoom link via email or text, please email your full name and start date to FTM@trocglobal.com.

Training Expectations:

  • You are being paid by the hour, so treat this class as if you were on the Walmart sales floor.
  • Be on time, *dressed professionally, and distraction‑free.
  • Participate, this is a sales position.
  • Strong internet connection and fully charged devices required.
  • Video must be on, and YOU must be in the camera frame, not your ceiling or floor.
  • Find your spot, no laying down on your bed, couch or floor.
  • No smoking, vaping or tobacco use during class.
  • You cannot be in a moving car at any time during the training.
    At T‑ROC, we take your safety seriously. Driving or taking the training from a moving vehicle is not permitted and will be subject to being removed from the class.
